On October 7, 2017, the scout group "Vidrada" of the Kyiv city branch of the National Organization of the Scouts of Ukraine have already had a traditional 28th collection-start "On the Wings of Dreams!" This year the event was held under the slogan "Just play it", and various well-known games and entertainments became the theme. The main purpose of this event was acquaintance, deepening of acquaintance, entertainment and rest. After the opening of the event, the participants had the opportunity to visit the following locations: photo shoot, volleyball, shooting, ecological game and take part in challenge "Child rights" This time event gathered about 40 people.
