Soroti scouts council organised the end of year training camp in majengo camping site which started on the 6th day of December ending tomorrow 12th,today on the 11th day of the camp we decided to go for Hike with the aim of a good turn,6km is where you find Asayo spring well,we swang into action to clean the well,we blocked the water from the upland buy using the bags full of sand,we cleaned polythene from the spring well,then we also opened and created drainages to divert water away from coming in to the well to contaminate water. we did these to protect a population of about 4000 people from getting diseases like dysentery, cholera.
