42 Scouts, 10 Desups and other 50 plus volunteers volunteering to become a part of it. Over 4000 and more people were served with snacks, refreshments, teas, meals and guided regarding the proper positioning of the lanes and lines, and took care of the waste and sanitation by members of scouts, Desups and other supporting volunteers that couldn't even meet half of the population that united in the Moenlamchenmo at Gelephu, Sarpang Dzongkhag.
