91 Senior and Rover Scouts of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Eastern Visayas Region, Tacloban City Council, in partnership with the local amateur radio club - Alternative Channel Coordinating Emergency Support Services - 5, Inc. (ACCESS-5, Inc.) and the local Traffic Operation Management and Enforcement Control Office (TOMECO) volunteer as Radio Communicators, Marshals, Medics and Crowd Control in the Tacloban City Government's annual SANGYAW PARADE OF LIGHTS 2018.
