The Rover Scouts together with other organizations and initiated by an Eagle Scout Doctor and with medical practitioners provided free circumcision to young boys ages 10 - 12 in a barangay in Angeles City, Philippines. The project was able to prepare 60 young boys into young men. Thank you to all who supported and believed in making the project possible. Rovers being messengers of Peace.
