Red Rover Day is regular blood and plasma donations to Red Cross Blood Australia. Only 15% of the population have 0- blood type, but 100% of people can receive it - it is valuable to everyone and it's free to give. 

We have 4 people donate plasma, 4 whole blood and one platlets (that only 7000 people in Australia can donate and it takes 90 minutes to do)
