Mr. Danpaul Santos, Region III Lead Convener and Northern Luzon Command Representative of National Youth Leaders Congress, conducted an engagement meeting between 7th Infantry Division, Philippine Army and Philippine Leadership and Empowerment Alliance for Development Inc. to develop and expand the youth development and peace initiative in Central Luzon Region. this engagement enables youth advocates and peace ambassadors to build trust with other institutions and reach out the communities that will contribute in nation building.
