The Boy Scouts of the Philippines - CABANATUAN CITY COUNCILS conducted a MESSENGERS OF PEACE PROJECT (a 3- day Feeding Program) which 3,000 children were benefited from 20 different locations in our province from March 15-17, 2013. The project was headed by our chairman (Mr. Johnero Mercado), Scout Executive (Mrs. Lilibeth Guevarra, MOP scouts/volunteers and yours truely.
