Adults must learn by doing as well as their scouts. Here in Brazil the troop leaders who are studying to receive their Wood Badge must do a project to benefit the community near Bateias Training Camp, at Parana, Brazil. This year's project is to revive the local school playgroung, which is closed since 2010 due to bad maintenance. The leaders are fixing everything, reducing all possible risks to the children, substituting toys and painting everthing. It's hard work, but the kids' smiles after the reviving will be our best pay.
