A 3 days 2 nights Wood Badge Advance Training Course was conducted and organised by the Petaling District. There was a diverse group of new leaders of different ages and backgrounds from different districts that attended this course. It was a new experience as we learn and develop leadership skills as well as personal growth! The course was both fun and interesting as it was engaging! Building gadgets for the campsite is one of the many activities that not only improve our scouting skills but brought everyone as a patrol closer. We also had to find new ideas that will attract and sustain scouting activities. One of the sessions that was given was about MOP and it was relatively new to us. Its is a concept and an initiative and would promote peace around the world. We hope that in every action we do, it may reflect good values and inspire others to follow suit. After all, we are no longer boy scouts but adult leaders that will guide the new scouts to come.
