HARMONY 47
Kenya being a multi party and democratic country, people are heading to conduct general elections next year. There being issues of violence which has led to Loss of lives and properties almost in all the 47 counties in Kenya due to people having different opinions on the leaders they want to choose , I saw it was a better idea to start restoring peace in the country as early as possible in mind having the phrase prevention is better than cure.
By the help of fellow scouts around the country I've been organising online webinars, peace walks, peace campaigns, conducting sports and playing skits in relation to peace and the years theme empowering young people to promote dialogue and peaceful communities in order to help the society on the importance of living in harmony with one another
Consistency and teamwork gave me an easy time to run the project in places I couldn't reach Peace starts with me before anyone else
