DSA conference was a two days program where we have discussed on the different issues and changes which surrounds around the theme. Along with that we have also appointed a new DSA secretary, treasurer, Dzongkhag regional coordinator and so on. The two days programme was ended with the question-answer session followed by the handing of scout materials.
