Dialogue for Peace in a Workplace at Gogoji

The realized that peace at workplace is essential for productivity, teamwork, and service quality. The differences in background, identity, and perception can sometimes lead to misunderstandings, tension, or conflict.

The workshop was conducted with CG staff members on 9 August 2024 at Training Hall in Bangkok, focused on creating a more harmonious and respectful environment for staff and team members. The workshop introduced practical tools for listening with empathy, recognizing diverse identities, and addressing perceptions and misperceptions that often lead to workplace tension. They practiced how to handle conflict constructively, communicate across differences, and strengthen collaboration.

This workshop improved communication at work and at home. By using dialogue instead of conflict, they built stronger trust with colleagues and friendly environment within their families.

They learned that peace at work is not only about avoiding disputes but about building trust, respect, and shared understanding in daily interactions. It enhances both teamwork and the quality of service delivered to clients.
