we have done the sustainable development project on the topic -"Compact HIV/AIDS, malaria and other diseaes" and "Improve maternal health." We undertook the above said community development project at EMS Nagar, pattoor Housing Board Colony Thiruvananthapuram, One of the biggest residential colony in Thiruvananthapuram. We have successfully completed the project "Compact HIV/AIDS, malaria and other diseases" by conducting an effective awareness class spread over 6 months at the association. We talked about the seriousness of each diseases and precautions to be taken to avoid the circumstances that will lead to these diseases. The project "Improve Maternal Health" was undertaken in a survey method. For this we used questionnaire as an important meduim to understand the scenario. We demonstrated BP's six exercise, and made them aware of the importance of following a balance diet and a healthy surroundings. Both our projects were really effective in our community.
