There is no right or wrong in giving services to others once being a scouts. It benefits others and thus develops community service. People don't mind of making surrounding dirty. Throw everywhere, making environment unhealthy. There are place where to throw and should not be throwing. Therefore let us all club our hand for keeping our surrounding clean so that we can achieve His Majesty wishes and national goal.
