Bullying is a HUGE problem. As a kid a was bullied quite a bit because I was very shy and introverted, but today bullying has reached a whole new level. And it is NOT good. In fact bullying has become the highest cause of suicide for children under 14 years old. Aside of that, there is so many effects to those people who experience bullying or discrimination, especially to the teenagers. Their piece of confidence may destroy if some people continue to dsicriminate you flaws gender and life status.  Thats the world needs right now, to stop notice, to stop making fun of your imperfection. 

There is so many ways to stop it, not fot now but soon people who continue to tho this will stop and have realizations. Seminar, of the ways to stop it is a seminar or a symposuim that helps people, now adays, Teenagers are norm in this case. Not only for students but for parents also, they also need a seminar about anti bullying act that helps their kids.
