60 scouts, 8 scout leaders and 10 volunters participated to cheerup during Tour of the Dragon on 2nd Sept.2017. We were on the station at 4:30 am and the program ended at 10:30 am. We were divided into two groups; group 1 is near Tshangkha Cs highway and 2nd group is near Jangchub Gyalsey Chorten on Trongsa -Wangdue national high way.
