The group embarked on the project to assist a newly founded ECD centre with a number of trainings and workshops. The ECD is situated in rural area where the founders of the ECD centre have just started the centre without proper information and trainings. The first training was to help the carers to have good understanding on hygiene and life skills. The project has helped increase the awareness on the importance of hygiene which is very crucial when you are working with children. Teachers were taught the importance of making sure each child has their own face clothes and tooth brush, in order to help prevent spreading infections, especially when children are sick. A follow up training will be done for the parents, to make sure that when children are back home the same hygiene practises continue.
