Held at SMK Dato’ Penggawa Barat, Pontian Johore, an hour’s drive away from our hometown. My first international event, having scouts from Indonesia & Singapore present. We reach there at approximately 8:30am. Many scout from other troops has already arrived before us. After registration, we had a change to try out traditional games & shoting a target using a blowpipe! The highlight of the fiesta for me was swapping patches with fellow scouts from other district & states. Of course, swapping with the scouts from Indonesia & Singapore too! We get to see, exhibitions of scout’s history, gears & my personal favorite, patches. It was an eye opening experience for me & i will share it with my troop as not all of us were able to go because of transportation issues.
