Scouts for a Greener Future

Through the Youth for Environmental Preservation Project sponsored by GYM-WOSM, the Rwanda Scouts Association organized a training of multiplicators aimed at empowering young scouts to take the lead in protecting our environment. During the training, participants learned about tree-planting techniques, nursery preparation, and environmental awareness. The trees that will be planted were also brought together through the project, marking the beginning of a large-scale planting campaign. The trained scouts are now ready to plant 3,000 trees, establish tree nurseries, and create scout-led forests within their units, all contributing to a greener and more sustainable Rwanda. 🌱 Together, we grow for nature and for our future! 💚
