Quarantine Shots | Global Online Photography Exhibition

We all have been to many photography and art exhibitions at some point in our lives. But because of this pandemic going on there are no exhibitions, and not to mention any exhibition for only scouts all around the world. That is why 13th Hussars Open Rover Scout Group from Bangladesh, have organized an Global Online Photography Exhibition, on the occasion of 16 years of the tremendous journey of this big 13th Hussars Family, where any Scouts from any corner of the world can participate !! *No fees needed *Cub Scouts, Scouts and Rover Scouts - anyone can participate !! *We are taking submissions now ! Here are the details of this exhibition- 1. Each participant can send up to 3 photos. 2. There will be 3 stages of photographs (Cubs, Scouts, and Rovers) and each stage will have some sub themes (More on this down below) 3. It doesn’t matter what device you used to shoot the photo, we want to see how creative you can be with what you have. 4. The photos will be exhibited on our Facebook page and at event page as well 5. Best photos will be selected from each stage of by our judges panel. Those photographers will receive digital certificates. 6. Also they’ll join our Crew meeting where (Officials from Bangladesh Scouts) will be present. 7. Submission deadline 05th July 2020. As we are staying home the main theme of this exhibition will be Quarantine. Themes of the photos according to the stages– Categories for the Cub Scouts: 1. The color Red _Red colors will be the center of attention on the photos) 2. Scouting in a pandemic Categories for Scouts: 1. The coffee routine _Everyone is having coffee everyday, lets see who can take the most aesthetic picture of their coffees. 2. Lockdown day X _how are we feeling or what are we doing in the quarantine days will be expressed through photos. 3. Scouting in Pandemic. Categories for Rover Scouts: 1. The New Normal __Since the virus came, many things have changed on our lives, new things are now normal to us; this captured in a photo. 2. Stories in my home __Each member of our homes are coping with this situation differently, tell that story through a picture. How can I participate? 1. The photographs can not be more than 5MB. Every photo needs to be in .jpg or .jpeg format (basically the format that your smartphone/camera shoots at) 2. You have to rename each of your photo according to this :- STAGE OF SCOUTING _ NAME OF THE SUB THEME _NAME OF YOUR SCOUT GROUP_YOUR NAME For example- ROVER SCOUT_THE NEW NORMAL_ 13TH HUSSARS OPEN ROVER SCOUT GROUP_MAHEER HELAL 3. After renaming your photo, send the photos via these email addresses according to the stages- For Cubs < hussars20cubs@gmail.com > For Scouts For Rovers < hussars20rovers@gmail.com > After sending the photos, a confirmation mail will be sent to you. The photographs will be judged in 2 stages. After sending your photos, the judges will pick the relevant pictures for the exhibition. After that we’ll upload the photos on our event page and our Official Page so that everyone can see those amazing works of the Scouts all around the world celebrating the 16 years journey of 13th Hussars Open Rover Scout Group. During the exhibition the judges will pick the best one’s and those photographers will receive certificates.
