In case you didn't know…
- Interreligious dialogue is a conversation between people of different religious traditions where they can share their opinions freely and listen respectfully to others.
- When unresolved conflict between people of different faiths and beliefs exists, it can escalate to cause tension, hate crimes and even war.
- The goal of interreligious dialogue is to foster religious understanding and promote peaceful coexistence.
Take this challenge and you’ll be able to:
- Develop your spiritual responsibility by living out your duty to God, others and yourself.
- Understand your own religion and commit to its practices.
- Connect with diverse individuals with a willingness to understand and learn from them.
- Explore shared values and common ground with others on spiritual and interreligious issues.
- Promote peace, friendship and mutual respect among diverse religious communities
