After the review of the youth program, its now time to come up with its vulgarization and restitution in the six areas of scouting of Niger. Hence 6 missions are being conducting in Niamey, Zinder, Tahoua, Maradi, Tillaberi and Agadez. This will allow us to let people well master the youth program with a view to achieve the project objectives and the 2023 vision. Niger scouting is on its way to better moov forward.
