Many Selves One Space
Members mainly bond through shared activities but have few chances for deep emotional interaction. This can lead to unspoken thoughts, limited understanding, and weaker connections. The project creates a space for meaningful dialogue, strengthening bonds and supporting self-understanding.
Activities:
1. Opening
2. Warm-up
3. Exploring identity: Reflect on personal identity, influences, and core values.
4. Deep sharing: Explore hidden aspects, personal changes, and feeling misunderstood.
5. Music listening: Share emotions and personal connections to music.
6. Symbolic activity: Use a “cup” to reflect individuality and unique value.
7. Closing: Share one takeaway feeling and wrap up the session.
I learned that creating a safe and respectful space helps people open up more easily. Meaningful connection does not happen naturally; it requires intentional questions and active listening. I also realized the importance of empathy, as everyone carries different experiences and perspectives. Through this project, I better understood that self-reflection takes time, and the right environment can support both personal growth and stronger group connection.
