Hiking

Yesterday, scouts of chriphen Chirphen Troop Chukha Hss had hike. It started from school, covering anout 8 km and ended with same destination. Theme for this year's hike was 'together for positive change'. 
Aims of this program was;
1. Build the attitude of self leadership in scouts,
2. Enable scouts to learn the values of time and team work,
3. Inculcate the values of smart through various activities.
Whether was perfect to our program, all came back with same face with smile.
Trail signs and finding messages were some activities most of them enjoyed. Prizes were awarded for best hiker patrol, boy and girl.
We did community services and collected waste, which was one part of our hike.
The day program ended with blind-trail and lunch.
We were satisfied, as we did community services by cleaning high way, villages and stupas.
