Dialogue for Intercultural Harmony
We recognized that many conflicts in schools and communities often arise from misunderstanding and lack of empathy as well as communication skills.
Boy Scouts at Watsuthiwararam School participated in a workshop on intercultural understanding and perceptions, designed to help them explore how stereotypes and misperceptions can create barriers between people. Through interactive activity and story-sharing, they practiced listening with empathy and learned to value cultural diversity.
By the end of the workshop, the scouts discovered that respecting different identities and questioning assumptions are powerful tools for building trust, harmony, and stronger communities.
