Defeating Dengue
We started this project because we saw how dengue was affecting our community. Many people were unaware of how simple actions like cleaning stagnant water and maintaining hygiene could prevent it. We wanted to raise awareness and inspire collective action to create a safer, healthier environment for everyone.
We raised awareness about dengue through educational sessions and distributed flyers. Then, we organized clean-up drives to remove stagnant water and waste. Lastly, we worked with local groups to ensure community involvement and maximize impact
Through this project, we learned the importance of community involvement in addressing health issues. We realized how small actions, like eliminating stagnant water, can make a big difference. Effective communication was key to raising awareness, and collaboration with local groups enhanced our impact. We also understood the value of consistency in maintaining a clean and safe environment
