During the 1st outbreak of Covid-19 in the country, Dessung (Gardian of Peace), Scout, and Community Police volunteered in major gathering areas such as Market area and Hospital to control community transmission of Covid-19 by making sure that people wash their hands, use facemasks constantly and make use of tracing app- Druk Trace.
