Blood donation drive
I was motivated to coordinate the blood donation drive because I believe that a small act of giving can save countless lives. It was also an opportunity to inspire others to contribute to a cause that directly impacts the health and well-being of our community.
First, I collaborated with JICA to fix a date and ensure medical support. Then, I carried out awareness campaigns through posters, social media, and college announcements to encourage participation. I arranged the logistics such as venue setup, registration counters, and refreshments for donors. On the day of the drive, I coordinated volunteers to guide donors and ensured smooth flow of the program.
I learned the value of teamwork, leadership, and how collective effort can create life-saving impact while strengthening community spirit.
