"Barakah Iftar Project"

I was inspired by the spirit of compassion during Ramadan and the struggles of many families in Narayanganj to afford proper iftar. Islamic teachings, Scout values, and the goals of Zero Hunger and No Poverty motivated me to take action. I wanted to bring relief and joy by sharing what I could with those in need.

I planned a budget, identified needy areas in Narayanganj, and bought iftar items like dates, fruits, and snacks. With support from friends and fellow scouts, we packed the food hygienically. On the day, we distributed the packs respectfully before iftar. We ensured safety, cleanliness, and teamwork throughout to make the activity smooth and meaningful.

I learned the value of empathy, teamwork, and planning. This project showed me how small efforts can make a big impact in people’s lives. It also taught me the importance of community service, especially during times of need. Most importantly, I realized that helping others not only benefits them but also brings inner peace and fulfillment.
