The General Assembly of Burundi Scout Association regrets to report the demise of NIHORIMBERE Olivier (MILAN Roquerant), which occurred on 16th of February, 2017 at the King Khaled University Hospital in Burundi. At the time of his death, he was District Commissioner of Rumonge Province. This Scout Province is a new regional entity under formation and he was a key member for this target. He died young at the age of 34. Olivier grew up as a Cub Scout in the same Province, became boy Scout and later a Rover, where he participated very actively. Our sympathies go out to Burundi Scout Association, his family and all Scouts and friends. May his soul rest in peace!
