Awareness on Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse
What inspired you to take up the project?
The increasing number of victims of domestic violence and sexual violence had led me execute this program to provide them hope and voice as our king ones said youth are the true treasure of the nation.
What are the learnings you got from implementing this project and how would you make it better?
From this project we learned that every child deserve safety, respect, voice, and a opportunity to grow healthy
Where was your project implemented and how did you execute it?
We seek the necessary permission from the school authority and Identified the victims and search for volunteer for awareness program and short dramatization and we highlighted the forms, causes and consequences of domestic violence and sexual abuse, showing the importance of speaking up and asking for help this program not only created awareness but also encouraged students to build empathy and stand against any form of abuse.
What was the project impact?
This project had a deep impact on the mind of student as due to this program many student had open up to the counselor admitting about them being a victim of domestic violence not only that few students had been protected from falling into depression.
