Zero Waste/plastic.
I was motivated by a person named Karma Kelvin. He helps many poor people and I was motivated by his speech on plastic pollution. So, I thought of cleaning waste.
For 4 days, 12 volunteers, initiated by me cleaned bhangter town, collecting 113 kg of waste in 4 days. The project included safety briefings, waste segregation, public awareness, and proper disposal. Despite minor challenges, it successfully promoted cleanliness and teamwork. Mission Accomplished!
The initiative improved teamwork, environmental awareness, and waste management skills. Overcame challenges like public hesitation and fatigue. Effective planning and motivation ensured success. Key Lesson: Small efforts create big impacts!
