Traffic duties before Eid-ul-Azha 2026
During Eid-ul-Azha, there are a lot of traffic jams in our Khulna city. As a Rover Scout, my inspiration comes from the core values of scouting service to others and being helpful to the community. Before Eid, traffic congestion becomes a major problem for people trying to reach their loved ones. Seeing the struggles of commuters especially families, elderly people, and children motivated me to step forward. It’s a way to give back to the community with sincerity and responsibility."
During this Eid-ul-Azha, I performed traffic duties as a Rover Scout. I was involved in this work with other Rovers of my unit and members of Khulna District Rover. Our duty was to assist the traffic police in ensuring the safety of pedestrians during the busy period before Eid and to help passengers reach their destinations smoothly. Through coordination with the police, we successfully contributed to maintaining order on the roads and serving the community.
Traffic duty before Eid taught me patience, teamwork, and responsibility. I learned to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and work with others to ensure public safety. The experience also strengthened my empathy, discipline, and commitment to serving the community—core values of a Rover Scout.
