On the succesful of voting District officer thanks to scout people and Rangers and Rovers and showing proud to their work and said that Scout is selfishness worker, and also stay front in all social works. In this growth of character, Huminality,Mentally and with it it also growth the on becoming best person that work for the welfare of country without their selfish and always leads the progress of country. And also motivate the scout and the rovers and Rangers that they did a fabulous job and gave a Prize to their work.
