Paying homage to the great Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal, the founder of Drukyul. Supported by the Chothuen Tshogpa of Gama Lhakhang Tshogpa, the scouts and youth leaders helped in serving refreshments to the participants. The recitation of the soeldep is conducted for the general well-being of the community, country and all the sentient beings.
