we the scout leaders of Bumthang team gave our services by providing security,making lines and controlling the crowd. We along with the police and De-Suung did all we could. We were there because the Je Khenpo was having a ritual in Bumthang town because the town was constantly catching fire, so in order to stop the bad omens the ritual was held.
