An inter-country session was organized yesterday with the participation of youth from the Philippines and Bangladesh. President of the Youth Parliament Sarkar Tanvir Ahmed was the keynote speaker at the event on leadership and good governance. Authorities and young leaders of the Philippine Dream Weavers Guild participated in this wonderful event. Such partnership-based arrangements will play a major role in building sustainable leadership in establishing better relations between the two countries and implementing the SDGs. The event between the Youth Parliament and the Philippine Dream Weavers Guild discussed what SDGs are, youth leadership and identification of social problems, youth advocacy strategies, leadership requirements and social status, differences between government and good governance, including good governance practices. At the event, the youth of the two countries discussed the projects of their organization, and the event was successfully concluded with peace music.
