Scouts Building a House for a Disabled Person
Botswana Scouts Association saw it fit to identify a disabled person in the community of Maun in the Northern part of Botswana, with the help of the village leaders and the social workers in order to build a house for a partially impaired young man who is also an orphan.
In September 2015 the NSO commenced the project with the assistance of the area member of the North West District Council. The area councillor supported Botswana Scouts Association financially which saw the handing over of the two-roomed house to Mr Itlhobogeng Xhesherekwe in September 2017. The NSO has responded positively to the for President request to the country.
