Bhutan Scouts Association officials lead by Cheif Commissioner, Dasho Gholing Tshering attended a week long retreat at Phuentsholing from 13th-19th October. The purpose of the retreat was to develop Nazhoen Scout Handbook, Rover Guideline, Community Based Scouting Guideline and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for several scouting practices. On the onset of the retreat, better world framework was also discussed.
