The  most exciting moment for new scouts. The new scouts eagerly waits to get the scarf and sometimes they even borrow from their friends to see and feel it. This year we have given scarf to 31 cheychey scouts and 20 CBS scouts members. The scouts celebrated with joys and happiness in their face. The school management was also kind enough to sponsor tea and snacks for the celebration.
