Objective: To empower women by providing technical skill

Bhutan law does not seprate the inquality and injustice between men and women, so the equal rights given to both genders. So to empower women in Bhutan we provides diffrent kinds of opportunity to women to come forward. Similarly out institute provide technical skill in the field of Automobile to empower our women to participate in any kind of program that is conducted in our country. This year we provide 6months short term course in auto mechanic, so 10 male and 6female trainees in total 16 trainees participated in this program. 

Therefore govt. invested Nu.50000/- for each candidate to provide them with competend skill. Through this pogram many women are doing well and now most of them had employed in and outside country and making their life stable and self suffiency. It indicate that skilling program is very helpful to our younger youth to curve the unemployment problem of the country.
