Reuse, Recycle Garden Project (SWA Voluntary Service); Thanam Industry Sdn. Bhd.
- I went to Thanam Industry with Mr Rosman b. Mohamed @ Ahmad. After we arrived there, we met Mr Guru who is Thanam Industry Sdn. Bhd. owner.
- Thanam Industry Sdn. Bhd. is a licensed provider of waste management and recycling solutions. It has started as a family-run business almost 35 years or three and a half decades ago. They recycle ferrous and non-ferrous metals, high temperature alloy, precious metals and electronic wastes. They also recover, collect, source, weigh, process and recycle. Until now, Thanam Industry has about 30 employees at 1-acre warehouse in Jalan Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur.
- After that, they gave us permission to start open the bottle caps. His workers also help us to collect them. We separated the bottles into the big sacks to easy their works.
