In our context( Bhutanese) rendering help in constructions of chortoens(stupa) and lhakhangs(temple) collects merits and it will help us after death.  So,  total of 30 rover scout and 3 lecturers of Paro college of Education rendered our helping hands in construction of stupa at shaba. Construction of that stupa was initiated by those armies who hav been resigned. Thats was great opportunity for us.
