On 5th May 2017, Prof. M Abdus Sobhan was appointed as the Vice Chancellor of Rajshahi University for the second time. He is the president of Rajshahi University Rover Scout Group. On behalf of the Rover Scout Group, we meet and congratulate him on his appointment as a Vice-Chancellor for the second time.
