It is necessary for all of our projects that we take permission of C.O.H.,school principle,G.C. and few others before we start with our project. after getting their permission I along with my guide sisters started the project. We planned our works and distributed the responsibilities among ourselves. Later we noted down some information regarding the topic. we prepared pamplets. We visited various house and distributed these pamplets to make people aware of it. We visited 'Siri Gramodaya Yojana' an institution having women as its employers. The employer here prepare various items like chocolates. fried items etc and sell it to people. Many women self help groups also work under this institution. We met the director of this institution and gained knowledge about women empowerment and their role in it. We visited gram panchayath and collected information regarding various schemes undertaken by the Government to empower women and made people aware of it. We also told about it to our guide sisters and scout brothers in an assembly so that they too can have a knowledge of it
