Project Sankalp (B) Environment and Sustainability (4) Challenge - #Goorganic
The Bharat Scouts And Guides has started a new project named Project Sankalp. So regarding to this project I planted some vegetables in my garden like Buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum) and mint. Buchwheat is a traditional vegetable of Himachal Pradesh and very nutritious also. We can eat both leaves as well as seeds of buckwheat. Seeds of Buckwheat are locally called "Desi Chawal" and this vegetable do not requires large amount of water. On the other hand mint is an important part of Indian cuisine and easy to cultivate and easy to add on diet.
