Vision Educate youths to become empowered scout leaders with skills and confidence to actively develop themselves and community towards a positive change. Mission To empower youths through leadership programmes, scouting skills, public relation activity, sports & volunteer programmes and engagement in community development. Project Leader Course is designed to expose the scouts to a new leadership training which allows them to be aware of current social issues and providing them a chance to brainstorm new solutions and to put that into reality. Other than that, the scouts has also been given a chance to learn to use new media innovations and apply it in scouting life. This course also has made the scouts to build connections and learn strategic planning to solve problems.
