The scout leaders of the school organization had conducted the professional Development Program for the staff mainly to focus on following objectives;

1. Understand the fundamentals of scouting.

2. Relate aims to the lives of individuals.

3. Responsibilities of BSA, DSA and SSA.

4. Understand the purpose of the scouting program.
