A Fundraising Event was organized by the Messengers of Peace (MoP) Team of the National Scout Organization of Thailand (NSOT) to support their MoP Projects. The funds raised will also support the Ticket To Life Project (TTL) to further expand this fledgling programme in the country. The event was taken into a more fun and enjoyable activity. A bowling tournament was held with participants of more than 50 players, who so generously contributed to the fundraising. The tournament was a reminder, not only to the participants, but to every Scouts around the world, that Scouting, while it is truly a fun activity, it also teaches us sportsmanship, camaraderie and humility. In today’s world of conflicts and misunderstandings which, unfortunately, sometimes result to war, the Messengers of Peace Initiative is paramount, now more than ever, to promote peace and give light to everyone's hearts. Another similar activity will be organized to train more MoP Coordinators and expand the Messengers of Peace Platform in Thailand.
